The Mind of a Madman
My name is Cale Hartley and I am from Charleston, South Carolina. I consider myself an open book and some aspects of my life will probably be revealed throughout the course of the show. My mother died of a brain aneurysm just a few months before I was supposed to finish my undergraduate degree and I have had jobs counseling and mentoring youth who have gone through traumatic experiences. I try my best to have my openness not to turn into a ego or self-esteem boost but as a way to connect with people of any race, ethnicity, and gender.
The Show and Viewer Involvement
The show will be divided into series and each one will cover a different skill. The series will be divided into episodes so that there will be enough time in each episode to fulfill the two main objectives. The first objective is to film time interacting with the person or organization that can train someone to master the chosen skill. The second objective is to film me finding someone or an organization that is utilizing it for civic engagement or someone who has an idea of how to do so. Now to get to viewer involvement when it comes to the show. At the end of each season there will be a list of skills for the next series to focus on which will be listed on a separate page of the website. Also, on a separate page of the website will be listed the people who voted and the ones who voted for the skill that the series will focus on will receive an honorary mention.
